From the moment the customer provides repro material in the form of an artwork (printed, drawn or electronic format) or film, a series of processes and quality checks are put into operation with the objective of supplying the print room with lithography plates of the best quality possible. The quality management system has been well integrated with the day-to-day operations of the pre-press department. Pharmaceutical jobs are executed and controlled by strict observance of Good Manufacturing Practices outlined in relevant ISO standards.
The pre-press department at Lewis Press Ltd is manned by two employees, one of whom has over 30 years experience in pre-press work.

The customer can provide pre-production repro material in hard copy (printed or drawn), as an electronic file in PC or MAC format, or as a film.
